Greene County
The Billings Crossroads Industrial Site is located at Exit 62 along Interstate 69 and U.S. Highway 50 in Washington, Indiana, halfway between two major metropolitan markets: Bloomington and Evansville. The site is within three miles of the Daviess County Airport, just south of a CSX rail line, and an easy 45-minute drive to the City of Evansville with a growing regional airport and port along the Ohio River. The site is currently served by electric, water, gas, fiber optic communications, and sanitary sewer is available just west of the interchange. Preliminary rail access design has been completed for the site.
Daviess County
The Washington II Certified Site has 47.35 acres available along 200 East and adjacent to the the all-new I-69 transcontinental interstate highway. Bound to the south by an East/West CSX Rail line, this site is ready for development with all utilities either at the site or within close proximity. The site is less than a mile from U.S. Highway 50 and the I-69 interchange, and within 3 miles of the Daviess County Airport. The Evansville Regional Airport and Indianapolis International Airport are within a 45-minute and 1 hour and 45-minute drive respectively.
