Jeff Quyle is the President and CEO of Radius Indiana. He has over 25 years of experience working for rural electric cooperatives in Indiana, including over ten years as an economic development coordinator for Hoosier Energy. He is a past appointee to the Indiana General Assembly Interim Study Committee on Economic Development Incentives and was a member of the 2014 Indiana Blue Ribbon Commission on Taxes. He is also a past member of the Morgan County Council and Board of Commissioners, a former appointee to the Indiana Air Pollution Control Board, and a member of the Indiana Farm Bureau Property Tax Task Force. Jeff is the past chairman of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) Legislative Committee and president of the Morgan County Economic Development Corporation. He was a founding member of the Indiana Rural Development Council board and has been a presenter and moderator for the Indiana Economic Development Association. He has also served in local government, as a county commissioner, chair of a regional sewer district, and chair of a county plan commission. Jeff’s experience also includes working in the Indiana Department of Commerce from 1984 to 1988, serving on the board of directors of the Indiana Association of County Commissioners, and serving as the president of the Association of Indiana Counties. He is a native of Indiana and holds a bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and master’s degrees from Indiana University and the University of Kent at Canterbury. He has completed the Indiana Agricultural Leadership Program.

Matt Craig serves as the Director of Crane Community Support for Radius Indiana. Along with local leaders in the Radius region and surrounding counties, Matt works to strengthen the network of advocacy for NSA Crane. In addition, he works with the Radius Indiana Business Development staff to increase research opportunities and investment in the region, as well as collaborate with the Radius Defense & National Security Advisory Council, the Southern Indiana Business Alliance and the Indiana Office of Defense Development. Matt retired from NSWC Crane after 30 years of service; his last appointment was as the deputy technical director and interim technical director. Matt also held positions at NSWC Crane as the director of the Microwave Systems and the Spectrum Warfare departments as well as manager of the Radar and Microwave Technology business units. Matt began his career as a radio electronics technician in the Indiana Army National Guard and then served in the U.S. Navy as a fire control radar technician, Leading Petty Officer. He is a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers, the National Defense Industries Association and the Association of Old Crows. During his distinguished career, Matt received the Meritorious Civilian Service award for his service to NSWC Crane.

Blaine Parker is the Director of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Support. She is bringing her passion for Mainstreets to the Radius region. Small Businesses and Entrepreneurship is a vital part of the Radius ecosystem. Blaine has been trained with ISBDC and SBA to be able to provide one and one advice and support to Small Businesses. She also assists with initiatives that help communities become more desirable places to live and work for current and potential residents. Previously, Blaine spent three years as the Membership and Communications Director for the Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce, where she collaborated with local officials, business leaders, and members to enhance the community. She also served as Interim President for six months from 2015 to 2016, administering day-to-day operations and managing her personnel staff.

Kim Box is the Business Office Manager of Radius Indiana, running the office and administrative functions for the organization, as well as serving as the Administrator of the Regional Impact Fund. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis, and brings thirty years of accounting experience to her Radius duties. She is a resident of the Radius region.
