Jeff Quyle is the President and CEO of Radius Indiana. Since taking the leadership role in Radius in 2015, Jeff has led the staff of Radius through the implementation of numerous new programs designed to assist the development of Radius's eight-county region, including the focus on workforce recruitment, site certification, downtown revitalization, regional business retention and expansion outreach, and construction of the Monon South Trail, as well as on-going regional marketing and business attraction. He has served in local goverment as a County Commissioner, Chair of a Regional Sewer District, and Chair of a County Plan Commission. He is a native of Indiana and holds a bacehlor's degree from Wittenberg University and master's degrees from Indiana University and the University of Kent at Canterbury. He has completed the Indiana Agricultural Leadership Program.

Director of Crane Community Support

Matt Craig serves as the Director of Crane Community Support for Radius Indiana. Along with local leaders in the Radius region and surrounding counties, Matt works to strengthen the network of advocacy for NSA Crane. In addition, he works with the Radius Indiana Business Development staff to increase research opportunities and investment in the region, as well as collaborate with the Radius Defense & National Security Advisory Council, the Southern Indiana Business Alliance and the Indiana Office of Defense Development. Matt retired from NSWC Crane after 30 years of service; his last appointment was as the deputy technical director and interim technical director. Matt also held positions at NSWC Crane as the director of the Microwave Systems and the Spectrum Warfare departments as well as manager of the Radar and Microwave Technology business units. Matt began his career as a radio electronics technician in the Indiana Army National Guard and then served in the U.S. Navy as a fire control radar technician, Leading Petty Officer. He is a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers, the National Defense Industries Association and the Association of Old Crows. During his distinguished career, Matt received the Meritorious Civilian Service award for his service to NSWC Crane.

Blaine Parker is the Director of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Support. She is bringing her passion for Mainstreets to the Radius region. She has been involved with the Bedford Mainstreet since 2004. Small businesses and entrepreneurship are a vital part of the Radius ecosystem. Blaine has been trained with ISBDC and SBA to be able to provide one-on-one advice and support to small businesses. She also assists with initiatives that help communities become more desirable places to live and work for current and potential residents. Blaine is passionate about small business and helping them succeed. Blaine holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University.

Anne McCombe is the Business Retention & Expansion Coordinator for Radius Indiana. Anne has over 8 years of economic development experience working with federal government contractors as well as serving as a local economic development professional and as an economic development consultant. Anne has a proven track record in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, entrepreneurial ecosystem management, and executing initiatives that opportunities in the region. She is committed to cultivating partnerships, leveraging resources, and implementing innovative strategies to help businesses in the region grow. Anne holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Indiana University and is a 2020 Fast 15 MVP Employee Award Winner from The Mill’s Community Innovation Awards.

Chief Operating Officer for Discover Southern Indiana and Population Attraction Program Coordinator for Choose Southern Indiana

Kristal Painter is the Chief Operating Office for Discover Southern Indiana and the Population Attraction Program Coordinator for Choose Southern Indiana. She leads the regional tourism efforts of Discover Southern Indiana and heads communication with out-of-state clients interested in relocating to Indiana through the Choose Southern Indiana Program. In addition, Kristal helps grow relationships with members and partners in southern Indiana to elevate the tourism brand, collaborate with regional counties, and manage programs and projects that help new residents acclimate to their new community. A lifelong resident of Indiana, she was a leader in the Orange County community for over a decade. Before joining Radius, she served as the Executive Director of Orange County Economic Development Parnership and the Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau (Visit French Lick West Baden). She is a graduate of the Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute, a Certified Travel Industry Specialist, and a Professional in Destination Management. She holds a BS in Leadership & Professional Development with a certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Indiana State University. Her diverse background in tourism, finance, and marketing will continue to move the Radius region further by strengthening relationships with established businesses, leaders, and residents while working to attract new businesses and residents to this thriving and growing community.

Southern Indiana Business Report Content Manager Carol Johnson joined the Radius Indiana staff in 2022 and before that spent more than 30 years as a journalist at the Bedford Time-Mail. Carol places an emphasis on insightful storytelling and reporting the news of the Radius region with a focus that includes manufacturing, hospitatlity & tourism, agribusiness, defense, workforce development as well as local initiatives to improve communitites in the Radius region.

Kim Box is the Business Office Manager of Radius Indiana, running the office and administrative functions for the organization, as well as serving as the Administrator of the Regional Impact Fund. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis, and brings thirty years of accounting experience to her Radius duties. She is a resident of the Radius region.
