The Marengo Warehouse and Distribution Center is a vast complex of storage chambers and roadways formed by room and pillar method limestone mining. With its dry, stable indoor climate (58-60 degrees year-round) and secure access, Marengo Warehouse offers a unique setting for the storage of virtually any type of non-hazardous material. It offers varied development options and capabilities, allowing our customers’ needs to be fulfilled to their satisfaction.

The warehouse offers the largest cold storage option in southern Indiana. It has 175,000 square feet of freezer space currently available at an ambient temperature of 57 degrees and 30-foot ceilings. Reduce energy costs by storing perishable and temperature-sensitive products at the warehouse.
